About CheatDetector
CheatDetector is a free Windows scanner for Counter-Strike admins. It covers CS 1.6 and CS2. It is currently in BETA. This is not a server anti-cheat. The player runs the tool while the game is open. You get a public report: Clean, Suspicious or Cheat.
Download the zip. Keep CheatDetector.exe and CheatDetector64.exe in the same folder. No installer. CS 1.6 works with Steam vanilla, NextClient (engine 8684), GSClient, GoldClient, csldr and most modified clients. CS2 uses the official Steam client.
Reports are signed on this site so they cannot be edited. Player privacy is respected: no personal files are collected. If a scan does not finish (for example the game was closed), the result is Inconclusive, not Cheat.
How It Works
Send the scanner to the player
The player unzips the download and runs CheatDetector.exe while CS 1.6 or CS2 is open. Keep CheatDetector64.exe next to it (needed for CS2). Nothing to install.
Run the scan in-game
The scan takes about 10 to 20 seconds. The player should stay in the game until it finishes.
Open the public report
A report appears on this site: Clean, Suspicious or Cheat.
